We want you to be thrilled with your Rockett St George purchases, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all homeware is returned in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items, preferably in the original shipping box, ensuring fragile home decor is well-protected to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
